About
Physical Edge
Physical Edge has pioneered a transformation in postoperative recovery of the spine, knee, shoulder and hip and the team here are committed to the continued development of the recovery process.
Postoperative recovery is far more than exercises – it requires teamwork, with the client as an active member of that team. We listen to what stress needs to be relieved, both physical and emotional, and then using our combined skills and the knowledge acquired from working with a multitude of post-operative clients, we do the little things which make the biggest difference.
Our goal is to ease your pain, get you moving and back to normal life and full mobility as fast as possible. If you are committed to do what it takes to achieve your postoperative goals, we can help.
Outstanding Results
Physical Edge understands every client is unique and deserves individualised care. We are passionate about our work and are keen to work with people of all ages, lifestyles and physical exercise levels.
These testimonials show you a spectrum of clients we work with, and the results achieved when working with Physical Edge.
“We focus on outstanding results with the next client we treat”

Charity
As we have said before, it’s all about a team effort – and that goes for the charity work as well. Why not get involved – it could help your mobility and general fitness levels as well as benefiting some excellent causes? Exercising for others is a great way to overcome fears. You can feel empowered racing for something greater than yourself.
Why not take up a Charitable Challenge this year? Click to read about some of our friends who did just that.
