Can I get a Face to Face appointment at Physical Edge Ltd?
Yes you can, however, your first appointment must be a remote (online) appointment. At this time your Therapist will perform a medical assessment and COVID-19 screening for a Face to Face appointment. If you both agree a Face to Face appointment is required and it is safe, it can be booked in the diary. The benefits of having a Face to Face appointment must be demonstrably greater than the risks of infection transmission.

Will my Therapist wear PPE?
Yes, Therapists will be wearing a face mask, gloves and apron and possibly goggles if required.

Will my Therapist be COVID-19 screened?
Yes, Therapists are screened and temperature tested before each day they work and the results are documented.

How often is the clinic cleaned?
The treatment rooms are cleaned before and after appointments by your Therapist. They are also deep cleaned at the end of every day by a cleaner. Detergent and disinfecting products are suitable for COVID-19.

How are appointments and payments managed?
All appointments will be made via email or online bookings. Payments are taken online through the clinic software system, often as a prepayment. There is no reception room or receptionist to maintain 2m social distancing.

Can I get a copy of the procedures implemented by Physical Edge Ltd to manage the risk of COVID-19?
Yes, if you email reception@physical-edge.com we are happy to provide you with copies of infection prevention guidelines implemented in the clinic.
